In Act 5 Scene 2, Friar Lawrence finds out that Romeo didn’t get the letter. Friar Lawrence sent his good friend; Friar John to give the letter. Friar John didn’t give the letter to Romeo because he was stuck in a quarantine because of an illness. When Friar John returns to Friar Lawrence without sending the letter Friar Lawrence got angry and went to the tomb to try wake Juliet up.

In Act 4 Scene 5 the nurse goes up to Juliet’s room to wake her up just the father, Capulet, requested. When the Nurse get to Juliet’s room she finds the girl dead. Friar Lawrence comes to the scene and tells Capulet to take Juliet to where every Capulet is buried. He tells them to take Juliet to the tomb.
